Funeral services for Rev. Zack R. Moak will be on Friday, March 10, 2017, at Brookhaven Funeral Home (Natchez Drive) in Brookhaven, MS at 2 PM with burial to follow in the Rose Hill Cemetery in Brookhaven, MS. Rev. Greg Warnock will be officiating the services with Brookhaven Funeral Home in charge of the arrangements. Visitation will also be on Friday, March 10, 2017, at the same location from 11 AM until time of the service at 2 PM.

Rev. Zack. 93, of Brookhaven, MS, passed from this life on Wednesday, March 8, 2017, at Brook Manor Nursing Home in Brookhaven, MS. He was born on June 27, 1923 in Bogue Chitto, MS, to Harvey R. and Maude Bradshaw Moak. He enjoyed gardening, raising cattle, and ministering to others. Rev. Zack was also a loving husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather, and friend.

Preceding him in death were his parents; wife of 67 years, Juell Barksdale Moak; sisters, Mary Beavers, Easter May Cline, and Mary Magdalene Adams; brothers, Robert Moak, Walter Moak, Alton Moak, and Edward Moak; grand-son-in-law, Kevin Joseph Cooper.

Survivors are his daughters, Sue Moak Netherland and husband Jerry and Ann Moak , both of Brookhaven, MS; grandchildren, Julie Cooper and Katy Nevels; great grandchildren, Michaela Cooper, Judson Callendar, and Ava Grace Nevels; sisters, Rachel Wallace and Ruth McCullough; and a host of family and friends.
