Funeral services for Vicky Lynn Smith Kyzar will be on Monday, February 13, 2023, at Brookhaven Funeral Home (894 Natchez Drive) in Brookhaven, MS, at 11:00 AM with burial to follow in the Pleasant Grove Baptist Church Cemetery. Visitation will be at Brookhaven Funeral Home on Monday, February 13, 2023, from 10:00 AM until 11:00 AM.

Mrs. Kyzar, 59, of Brookhaven, MS, passed from this life unexpectedly on Thursday, February 9, 2023, at Forrest General Hospital in Hattiesburg, MS.  She was born on April 27, 1963, in Brookhaven, MS, to John Wesley Smith and Lynda Gale Hart Smith. She was retired from Trustmark National Bank after working there for many years as a teller. Vicky loved spending time with all of her grandbabies. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and friend.

Preceding her in death were her parents John Wesley and Lynda Gale Smith.

Survivors are her husband of 30 years, Mark Alan Kyzar; daughter, April Callender Scroggs (Jacob); son, Joshua Allen Kyzar (Savannah); grandchildren, Kirsten Elizabeth Scroggs, Emma Claire Kyzar and Declan Alexander Kyzar; sister Cindy Barlow (Bryan); brothers Eddie Smith (Tammy) and Wendell Smith (Cammi); and a host of family and friends.
