Mr. Tobin "Toby" Linn Lally, 62, of Meadville, MS, passed from this life on Wednesday, October 20, 2021, at his home with his loved ones by his side.  He was born on September 30, 1959, in New Orleans, LA, to Joseph Woodrow Lally and Corrie Buck Lally. Mr. Lally worked for many years in the food industry. He enjoyed life to its fullest. He was loved by everyone that knew him.

Preceding him in death were his parents Joseph and Corrie Lally.

Survivors are his partner of over 30 years Charles Chelette; brother Woodrow Lally and wife Lynn; sisters Donna Puglia and husband Tony and Linda L. Burrell and husband Dale; several nieces and nephews; and a host of family and friends.
