Graveside services for Mr. Terry Stephen "Steve" Swalm, Jr. will be on Saturday, November 4, 2017, at Rosehill Cemetery in Brookhaven, MS at 10:30 AM. Rev. Glen Martin will be officiating the services. Visitation will be on Saturday morning from 9:00 AM until 10:00 AM at Brookhaven Funeral Home (894 Natchez Drive).
Mr. Swalm, 73, of Brookhaven, MS, passed from this life on Thursday, November 2, 2017, at Country Brook Living Center in Brookhaven, MS.

He was born on November 3, 1943 in Brookhaven, MS, to Terry Swalm, Sr. and Kathryn Felder Swalm. He was 1961 graduate of Brookhaven High and also graduated from the University of Mississippi, where he was a member of the Sigma Nu fraternity. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and golfing. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and friend.

Preceding him in death were his parents.

Survivors are his wife of 47 years, Vicky Swalm; his daughters, Christi Chandler and husband Blair, Meredith Swalm; his son, Trey Swalm; his grandchildren, Asher Swalm, Bayli Ballard Chandler, Phen Chandler, Kaden Hornyak; his sister, Anna Kathryn Brown and husband A.C.; and his brother-in-law, Rev. Ronnie Burch; and a host of nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
