Mr. Terry Joe Smith, 62, of Brookhaven, Mississippi passed from this life on February 14, 2024 at his home. He was born in Brookhaven on December 22, 1961 to Huey "H.R." and Samantha King "Sammie" Smith. Mr. Smith worked alongside his father as a logger.

He is preceded in death by his father and by his brother, Timmy Smith.

Mr. Smith is survived by his mother, Samantha Smith Richardson; his daughter, Amber Smith; two granddaughters, Brooklyn Smith and Carlie Smith; and his extended family and friends.

Memorial services will be held by the family at Holly Springs Baptist Church on Sunday, February 25, 2024 at 2:30 PM.
