Memorial services for Steven Paul Hostetler will be on Wednesday, August 9, 2017, at Brookhaven Funeral Home (Natchez Drive) in Brookhaven, MS at 2 PM. Bro. Tommy Snyder and Bro. Benji Pyeatt will be officiating the services with Brookhaven Funeral Home in charge of the arrangements. Visitation will be at Brookhaven Funeral Home on Wednesday, August 9, 2017, from 12 PM until 2 PM.

Mr. Hostetler, 53, of Batesville, MS, formally of Brookhaven, MS passed from this life on Sunday, August 6, 2017, at his residence with his loving family by his side. He was born on March 3, 1964 in Gonzales, LA, to Jack Rupert Hostetler and Joy McRaney Hostetler. Mr. Hostetler was a member of First Baptist Church of Batesville, MS. He was retired from the Alcoholic Beverage Control Agency (ABC) as a Senior Agent. He was a loving husband, father, brother, and son.

Preceding him in death were his parents and father in law Curtis Rushing.

Survivors are his wife, Rhonda Rushing Hostetler of Batesville, MS; daughter, Lily Grace Hostetler; brother, Gary Jordan and wife Laurie of Scottsboro, AL; sister, Sandy Gryder and husband Tommy of North Dakota; life- long friend Keith Dorman, and a host of family and friends.
