Funeral services for Scott Adam Boyd will be on Saturday, September 20, 2025 at Brookhaven Funeral Home in Brookhaven, MS at 3:00 PM with burial to follow in Victory Baptist Church Cemetery in Brookhaven, MS. Brookhaven Funeral Home will be in charge of the arrangements. Visitation will be held at Brookhaven Funeral Home on Saturday, September 20, 2025 from 1:00 PM until 3:00 PM.

Scott Boyd, 62, of Brookhaven, MS went to be with his Lord on Tuesday, September 16, 2025. He was born in Reno, Nevada on March 22, 1963 to Carl Boyd and Ethel Delores Nunn Boyd.

He was a member of Victory Baptist Church. He was retired as a self-employed construction worker for various locations. He loved Missy, his basset hound. Scott loved his grandchildren tremendously.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Carl and Ethel Boyd and his sister Diane Kay Boyd.

Survivors are his son Wesley Boyd (Kelsi); grandchildren Sawyer Boyd, Axel Boyd, Sadie Miller, Kameron Boyd and Alexis Boyd; sisters Polly Beeson (Buddy),  Loretta Conner and Taniel Herring (Freddie); brother Wayne Boyd; Michelle Boyd; and a host of nieces and nephews.
