Funeral services for Roger D. Clark will be on Wednesday, December 7, 2016, at Brookhaven Funeral Home (Natchez Drive) in Brookhaven, MS at 2:00 PM with burial to follow in the Ruth Cemetery in Ruth, MS. Bro. Jeff Davis will be officiating the services, with Brookhaven Funeral Home in charge of the arrangements. Visitation will be at Brookhaven Funeral Home (Natchez Drive) on Tuesday, December 6, 2016, from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM.
Mr. Clark, 68, passed from this life on Sunday, December 4, 2016, at King's Daughters Medical Center in Brookhaven, MS. He was born on July 1, 1948, in Lincoln County, MS, to Tom and Bertie Mae White Clark. He was of the Baptist faith; worked for many years as a mechanic at Williamson's Tire in Brookhaven, MS; and enjoyed hunting, fishing and spending time with his family and friends. He was a loving son, brother, uncle, husband, father, grandfather and friend.
Preceding him in death were his parents, Tom and Bertie Mae White Clark; 3 sisters; and 4 brothers.
Survivors are his wife of 33 years, Kathy Fuller Clark; daughters, Shellie Clark Lea and husband LaRon of Brookhaven, MS, Renee Clark Baldwin of Brookhaven, MS, and Leslie Clark Moak and husband Marvin of Raymond, MS; sons, Tony Clark and wife Denise of Ruth, MS, and Charlie Clark and wife Rhanada of Nebraska; step-daughters, Monica Fuller Roberts and husband Dale of Wesson, MS, and Carolee Fuller Hester and husband Ted of Wesson, MS; sisters, Lucille Clark Chapman and husband Lloyd, Ruth Clark Crisler and husband Billy, and Evelyn Clark Rossett; brother, David Clark; 23 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; and a host of family and friends.
Pallbearers are Tyler Moak, Logan Lea, Scott King, Brandon Smith, Matt Roberts and Hunter Clark. Honorary pallbearers are Rex Beard, Donald Halford, Danny Rutland, Randy Boyd, Jacob Lea and Tanner Moak.
