Mrs. Pollyanna P. Temple, age 58, passed away Sunday, January 19, 2025. She passed away peacefully at her home with her husband at her side.

Funeral services will be held at Brookhaven Funeral Home at 1:00 in the afternoon, on Friday, January 24, 2025, with graveside services following in the Pleasant Grove Church Cemetery, Monticello, MS.

Pollyanna spent her life helping people as a registered nurse. She was a caring and compassionate woman whose love knew no bounds. She spent her teenage years traveling around the country as a guitarist and country music singer. She loved her two dogs, Lyric and Luna, with all her heart. She was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. She loved to cook for her family and always made sure they knew how proud she was of them.  The love she instilled upon them will be carried forever in their hearts.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Conley and Peggy Peavy; brother Benji Peavy; daughter in law, Samantha Temple.

She is survived by her husband, David Temple; sons, Jake Wilson (Raven Black), Jason Temple (Denice Temple), and Parker Temple; grandchildren, Kreston Wilson, Anniston Wilson, Cheyenne Temple, Waylon Temple, Briggs Temple, Noah Temple, Layla Morris, Baileigh Robinson, Ethan Robinson, and Colin Robinson.
