Funeral services for Mr. Philip M. Grice will be on Sunday, December 9, 2018, at Brookhaven Funeral Home in (894 Natchez Drive) Brookhaven, MS at 2:00 PM with burial to follow in the Montgomery Baptist Church Cemetery in Bogue Chitto, MS. Bro. Jeff Davis will be officiating the services. Visitation will be at Brookhaven Funeral Home on Saturday, December 8, 2018, from 5:00 PM until 9:00 PM and on Sunday, December 9, from 1:00 PM until 2:00PM.

Mr. Grice, 77, of Bogue Chitto, MS, passed from this life on Thursday, December 6, 2018, at University Medical Center in Jackson with his loving family by his side. He was born on February 25, 1941 in McComb, MS, to Essie Grice and Grace Lee Grice. He enjoyed watching documentaries and the History channel. He also loved spending time with his family and was a loving father, grandfather, great-grandfather, and friend.

Preceding him in death were his parents; his wife of 32 years, Elizabeth Ann Grice; and his sister, Essie Dell Westbrook.

Survivors are his 2 daughters, Phyllis Berry and Janet Grice; his 4 grandchildren, Tiffany Ann Walker and husband Kurt, Tristan David Berry, Alyssa Grace Berry and Addison Sumrall, and Autumn Alexis Berry; his 4 great grandchildren, Korbin Artair Walker, Taylor Makenzie Walker, Kody Austin Walker, and Kollin Alistair Walker; and a host of family and friends.
