Funeral services for Ms. Peggy Sue Langley will be on Saturday, November 14, 2020, at Brookhaven Funeral Home (894 Natchez Drive) in Brookhaven, MS, at 4:00 PM. Rev. Mike Carr will be officiating the services with Brookhaven Funeral Home in charge of arrangements. Visitation will be on the same day at the same location from 2:00 PM until the time of the service at 4:00 PM.

Ms. Langley, 68, of Wesson, MS, passed from this life on Thursday, November 12, 2020, at home with her loving family by her side.  She was born on January 6, 1952, in Brookhaven, MS, to Hoover and Mildred Linton Burt. She was a member of Mt. Moriah Baptist Church in Bogue Chitto, MS; worked for many years as a registered nurse; and enjoyed spending time with her family. She was homecoming queen, a stand out athlete, and a 1970 graduate of Bogue Chitto Attendance Center. She was a loving mother, meme, mother-in-law, sister, and friend.

Preceding her in death were her parents; and brother, Lynwood Burt.

Survivors are her daughter, Brandi Langley and fiancé Freddy Smith of Wesson, MS; son, Scott Langley and wife Clancey of Bogue Chitto, MS; grandchildren, Bryce Langley, Cole Lambert, Tucker Lambert, Tiffany Smith, and Abby Smith; sister, Connie Case; and a host of family and friends.

The family would like to extend a special thank you to her neighbor and friend Rosa Harris.
