Funeral services for Patsy Chinn will be on Wednesday, April 30, 2025 at Brookhaven Funeral Home in Brookhaven, MS at 1:00 PM. Brookhaven Funeral Home will be in charge of the arrangements. Visitation will be held at Brookhaven Funeral Home on Wednesday, April 30, 2025 from 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM.

Patsy Chinn, 75, of Wesson, MS passed away on Saturday, April 26, 2025. She was born in Wesson, MS on November 15, 1949 to Elon Martin and Lavelle Hester Martin.

She was a member of Clear Branch Baptist Church. She enjoyed crocheting and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Meme loved and was loved by her fur baby, Gypsy.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Elon and Lavelle Martin; her husband Samuel Otis Chinn; and her sister Joyce Harris.

She is survived by her daughters, Sherry Soto (David), Becky Brown (Shane) and Marcia Chinn; Sister, Shirley Roberts; Grandchildren, Justin Brown (Brittany), Hanna Hall (Patrick), Haleigh Chinn (Taylor Wolf) and Nikki Rushing (Michael); 11 loving great grandchildren she loved and cherished so much; and a host of nieces and nephews.

The family is planning a private burial at a later date.
