Funeral services for Mrs. Patricia Virginia McKinney Kimble will be on Saturday, September 21, 2019, at Union Church Baptist Church in Union Church, MS, at 11:00 AM with burial to follow in the Pleasant Hill Cemetery. Bro. Billy Joe Deer will be officiating the services with Brookhaven Funeral Home in charge of arrangements. Visitation will be on the same day at the same location from 9:00 AM until time of the service at 11:00 AM.

Mrs. Kimble, 91, of Union Church, MS, passed from this life on Thursday, September 19, 2019, at her daughter's home with her loving family by her side.  She was born on August 21, 1928, to Willie Leon and Nannie Smith McKinney. She was a member of Union Church Baptist Church; worked for many years as a hairdresser; and enjoyed life, especially being around young people, as well as gardening, sewing, and her church family. She was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and friend.

Preceding her in death were her parents; daughter, Linda Estelle Short; brother, Edward McKinney; and sisters, Louise Able and Juanita Terrien.

Survivors are her daughters, Nannette Lusk and her husband Mike of Wesson and Patricia Ann Stuart and husband Charlie Stuart of Brookhaven, MS; son-in-law, William H. Short; 7 grandchildren;  10 great-grandchildren; and a host of family and friends.
