Graveside services for Mrs. Nonerle "Maw" Foster Hanshew will be on Friday, June 3, 2022, at Nola Family Cemetery in Nola, MS, at 11:00 AM. Bro. Wade Davis will be officiating the services with Brookhaven Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.

Mrs. Hanshew, 95, of Nola, MS, passed from this life on Monday, May 30, 2022, at home with her loving family by her side.  She was born on February 19, 1927, in Nola, MS, to Jasper Foster and Lillie Lewis Foster. She was a member of Nola Baptist Church. "Maw" loved fishing and her flowers. She was a loving mother and grandmother to her many loved ones.

Preceding her in death were her parents Jasper and Lillie Foster; husband Woodrow Hanshew; son Jackie Hanshew; sisters Limmie Bee Herring and Louise Carlisle.

Survivors are her children, Shirlene H. Stephens (Jimmy), Janice Smith and Patricia Davis (Benny); daughter-in-law Janet Hanshew; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and a host of other family and friends.
