Obituary

Natille Lindsey Harvey, age 85, of Atlanta, Texas, went to be with the Lord on Thursday, December 6, 2012 in an Atlanta, Texas Adult Care Facility.

Natille was born November 3, 1927, in Louisville, Kentucky to Alton and Lovie Pierce. She was an English professor at Ouachita Baptist University, Howard Payne University, and Mississippi State College for Women. She was the owner of Dolls and Dreams in Atlanta, Texas; and was a member of First Baptist Church, Queen City, Texas. She was preceded in death by her husbands, Henry Carlton Lindsey and Jobe Harvey, as well as her parents.

She is survived by two sons, John Lindsey and wife Lauren of DeQueen, Arkansas, Mark Lindsey and wife Sherry of Big Spring, Texas; one daughter, Denise Peek and husband Willard of Atlanta, Texas; two brothers, James Pierce and wife Bettye of Madison, Mississippi, William Pierce and wife Marcy of Chino Valley, Arizona; seven grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and a number of other relatives.

Visitation will be Saturday, December 8, 2012 from 6 pm to 8 pm at Hanner Funeral Service.

Graveside services will be 10:00 am, Monday, December 10, 2012, at Rosehill Cemetery, Brookhaven, Mississippi; with John Lindsey and Mark Lindsey officiating.
