Graveside services for Mrs. Martha E. Jergins will be on Wednesday, June 17, 2020, at the Wellman Baptist Church Cemetery. Bro. Jeff Davis will be officiating the service.

Mrs. Jergins, 89, of the Wellman Community, passed from this life on Monday, June 15, 2020, at home with her loving family by her side.  She was born on November 18, 1930, in Splendora, TX, to Eugene R. Porter and Florence Herndon Porter. She was a member of Wellman Church; she was a homemaker; and enjoyed fishing and gardening. She also loved playing piano and guitar and for many years played for Wellman Baptist Church services.  She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, great-great-grandmother, and friend.

Preceding her in death were her parents; and her husband, Willie Ray Jergins, Sr.;  and her daughter-in -law, Carolyn Jergins.

Survivors are her children, Willie Ray Jergins Jr., Doyle Jergins, Susan Westbrook and husband Mitchell, and Lori Costilow and husband Ryan; 11 grandchildren, numerous  great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; and a host of family and friends.
