Mrs. Marjorie Earline Herrin Carlisle, 71, of Bogue Chitto, Ms, passed away on May 12, 2021, at home.  She was born on November 14, 1949, in Mississippi to Bennie Hall, Sr and Louise Moak Hall.  She joined Moak's Creek Baptist Church in 1978.  She loved time with her kids, grandkids, and great grandkids.  She enjoyed going on long vacations.

Proceeding her in death were her parents, her first husband, the late Pete Herrin, and her second husband, the late P. D. Carlisle.

Survivors are her sons, Roland Herrin (Jessica), and Jimmy Herrin (Jeanette); daughter, Kim Williams (Jessie) all of Bogue Chito, MS; her step sons Doug and Ollie Carlisle of McComb, MS; 5 grandkids; 2 great grandkids; 11 step grandkids; 5 sisters; and 3 brothers.

Funeral services for Mrs. Carlisle will be on Saturday, May 15, 2021, at Moak's Creek Baptist Church in Bogue Chitto, MS, at 2:00 PM with burial to follow in the Moak's Creek Baptist Church Cemetery.  Bro. Mickey Myers will be officiating the services with Brookhaven Funeral Home in charge of arrangements. Visitation will be at Brookhaven Funeral Home, 894 Natchez Drive, Brookhaven, MS, on Friday, May 14, 2021, from 5:00 until 8:00 PM.
