Funeral services for Mrs. Marian L. McMillian will be on Tuesday, August 6, 2019, at Brookhaven Funeral Home (894 Natchez Drive) in Brookhaven, MS, at 2:00 PM with burial to follow in the Easthaven Cemetery. Bro. Randy Coker will be officiating the services with Brookhaven Funeral Home in charge of arrangements. Visitation will be at Brookhaven Funeral Home on Tuesday, August 6, 2019, from 1:00 PM until the time of service at 2:00 PM.

Mrs. McMillian, 96, of Jackson, MS, (formerly of Brookhaven) passed from this life on Friday, August 2, 2019, at River Oaks Hospital in Flowood, MS.  She was born on August 19, 1922, in St. Louis, MO. She was a member of The Episcopal Church of the Redeemer; served her country in the US Marines; worked for many years as a sales person at Stahl Urban; and enjoyed walking, gardening, and babysitting. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and friend.

Preceding her in death were her parents; husband, Ray McMillian; and son, John "Mickey" McMillian.

Survivors are her children, Debbie McMillian Jackson and husband Andy of Florence, MS, Shari McMillian Mitchell and husband Greer of Flowood, MS, and Ray McMillian and wife Melissa of Towson, MD; grandchildren, Ray McMillian, Jason McMillian, Mikki Jackson Plemons, Chip Jackson, Lindsey Mitchell, Christopher Mitchell, and Whitney McMillian Willimann;  9 great-grandchildren, ; and a host of family and friends.
