Funeral services for Mrs. Maggie Case will be held at Brookhaven Funeral Home on Thursday, April 10, 2025 at 2:00 in the afternoon with burial to follow in Macedonia Baptist Church Cemetery. Brookhaven Funeral Home will be in charge of the arrangements. Visitation will be held at the funeral home the same day from 10:00 in the morning until time of services at 2:00.

Mrs. Case, 88, of Brookhaven, Mississippi passed away at her home on April 7, 2025. She was born in Sontag, Mississippi on March 12, 1937 to Estus and Willie Neal Crosby.

Mrs. Maggie loved her family and enjoyed taking care of children when she was younger; she worked as a CNA at Silver Cross Nursing Center for over 20 years. She also loved planting flowers and looking forward to the dogwoods blooming every spring; she enjoyed listening to gospel music, especially the Gaithers. She was a Christian and a member of Macedonia Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Earl Case; along with two brothers, Aaron Crosby and Virgil Crosby; and a sister, Minnie Case.

Survivors include her son, Sherrell Case and daughter, Kathy Case, both of Brookhaven; her grandson, Brooks Case; and a great-granddaughter, Skyler Coley; as well as her sister, Rachel Bland, and extended family and friends.
