Mrs. Lou Emma Burnett Tucker, 87, of Brookhaven, MS, passed from this life on August 10, 2020 in Brookhaven, MS.  She was born on October 27, 1932, in Waynesboro, MS, to W. V. Burnett Sr. and Lou Emma Holston Burnett. She was a member of Jackson Street United Methodist Church in Brookhaven, MS. "Ms Lou" owned and operated Deb N' Heir children's wear for many years. She loved her family and her coffee.

Preceding her in death were her parents; sister Mattie Olivia Welford and brother Walter V. Burnett Jr; and two nephews.

Survivors are her husband, William C. Tucker; and a host of nieces and nephews.

The family would like to extend a special thank you to Countrybrook Nursing Home.

The family will hold a private memorial service at a later date.
