Libby Ann Pell, 61, of Brookhaven, Ms. passed away on November 8, 2025. She was born in Brookhaven, Ms. on October 9, 1964 to Eddie Luther Pell and Erma Jean Williams.
Libby managed The Laundry Mat for many years. She was very dedicated to her job; she met and helped many people with their needs at 'The Mat'. Libby was a very important staple of her family. She was truly the most softhearted, loving person you would meet. Libby's goal was to make sure everyone in her family felt loved and taken care of. She did not have kids of her own, however, she treated her nieces and nephews as if they were hers. With the love she had in her heart, she was a caregiver for her grandmother, Ruby Pell, until she passed away in 1995. Libby enjoyed spending her free time crocheting, she created many beautiful pieces. Before her health declined, Libby also spent many days working in her yard and garden. She will be missed dearly and her memories will forever live on in our hearts.
She was preceded in death by father, Eddie Pell; brother, Stacy Pell; grandparents, Edward and Juanita Howard; Uncle, Robert Howard; sister in law, Shannon Pell; brother in law, Robert Woosley
Libby is survived by her mother, Jean Williams; sisters, Marcia Bowman (Wayne) and Darlene Hughes (Derrick); brother, William Pell; nieces, Christian (Max), Katie, Emmaline, Hannah; nephews, Danny, Carlos (Jenea), Nicholas (Joy), Joshua, Haston (Catherine), Brett (Samantha), Damien, Jacob; many great nieces and nephews, special friends Lynnwood and Frankie.
The family would like to offer a thank you to everyone for their prayers and thoughtful considerations.
