Mr. Leslie Eugene Thompson, 61, of Bogue Chitto, MS passed away on November 2, 2026. Mr. Les was born on August 21, 1965 to Mr. Gene Edward and Mrs. Geneva Wilkerson Brookman.

Les was a hard working man who spent his career in the oilfield and a boilermaker. He enjoyed his friends and the relationships that he shared with them, especially when it came time to cook or grill for his coworkers and family. Among all of the friendships and relationships that Mr. Les developed over the years, his relationship with his Mamaw Dolly was one that he cherished and learned the most from.

Les was preceded in death by his parents; and brothers, William “Bubba” Thompson and John T. Thompson.

He is survived by his loving wife, Katherine “Kathy” Thompson; and a sister, Angie Fortin and husband Dewayne.
