Graveside services for Larry L. Smith will be on Saturday. October 19, 2024 at Easthaven Cemetery in Brookhaven, MS. at 10:00 AM. Clay Johnston will be officiating the services with Brookhaven Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.

Larry L. Smith, 84, of Brookhaven, MS passed peacefully at his residence from this life and went to be with his Lord on October 16, 2024. He was born to Leroy P. Smith and Vera Allgood Smith on October 17, 1939 in Brookhaven, MS. He was a farmer and mechanic for most of life. He loved "tinkering" on anything that had a motor.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Leroy and Vera Smith; and his brother-in-law Wayne Wood.

Survivors include his wife of 63 years, Jane Morgan Smith; sons, Larry Lawayne Smith , James Leroy Smith (Rhonda), Michael Lance Smith, and Keith Lydell Smith; sister Dorthy Ann Woods; 4 grandchildren, Shelby Smith, Cassidy Hill (Trey), Sydney Smith and Duncan Smith and 3 great grandchildren, Creed Hill, Raelynn Hill and Everlee Hill.
