Mr. McFadden, 64, passed from this life on Tuesday, October 25, 2016, at his residence with his loving family by his side. He was born on August 31, 1952 in Brookhaven, MS, to Evonne Smith and John Elton McFadden. He enjoyed fishing, New Orleans Saints football, and his grandchildren. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and friend.

Preceding him in death were his parents, Evonne Smith and John Elton McFadden.

Survivors are his wife of 44 years, Sheila Buie McFadden; daughter, Sherrie Lynn Welch and husband Rob of Brookhaven, MS; son, Shawn McFadden and wife Brandi of Brookhaven, MS; grandchildren, Brooklyn Rose McFadden, Talon Gage Welch, and Connor Stephen McFadden; brother, Larry McFadden and wife Verna of Brookhaven, MS; sister- in-law, Sandra Fauver and husband Albert of Brookhaven, MS; and a host of nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
