Graveside services for Jody LaDon Pepper will be on Saturday, January 16, 2021, at Mt. Zion Church of Christ Cemetery in Brookhaven, MS, at 1:00 PM. Bro. Ronnie Lofton will be officiating the services with Brookhaven Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.

Mr. Pepper, 41, of Brookhaven, MS, passed from this life on Thursday, January 14, 2021, at UMMC in Jackson, MS with his loving family by his side.  He was born on March 20, 1979, in Brookhaven, MS, to Don Pepper and Peggy Smith Pepper. He worked for many years at Pepper's Machine and Welding.  Jody enjoyed fishing and working on tractors and four-wheelers. He was a loving son, brother, father, grandfather and friend.

Preceding him in death were his father Don Pepper; grandparents Marlon and Bonnie Pepper and Ervin and Loise Mae Smith.

Survivors are his mother Peggy Smith Pepper; daughter Carley Loyd (Zach); grandchildren, Rhett and Saylor Loyd;  sister Amy Pepper Hall (David); niece Malori Bradley (Jake); nephew Travis Hall and a host of family and friends.
