Jesse Jullies Reed, Jr.'s Obituary
Mr. Jesse J. Reed, Jr., passed from this life on Sunday, August 7, 2016 at his residence in Brookhaven, MS. He was born on December 10, 1942 in New Orleans, LA, to Jesse J. Reed, Sr. and Dorothy Holder Reed. He served for 27 years with the Plaquemines Parish Sheriff Office. He was of the Baptist faith.
Preceding him in death were his parents and his wife Cecelia Buras Reed.
Survivors are his daughter Laurie Dove and husband Gary Crowley of Brookhaven, MS; 3 grandchildren, James Dove and wife Kaci, Kayla Haas and husband Jesse, and Brittany Dove; 3 great grandchildren, Maci Haas, Jordan Dove and Jayden Dove; and his sister Karen Reed of Brookhaven, MS.
The family will have a private memorial service at a later date.
