Mr. Jerry Lee Palmer, 83, of Brookhaven, Mississippi passed away on Wednesday, April 23, 2025. He was born in Morton, Mississippi on February 15, 1942 to Spurgeon and Stella Jones Palmer. Private graveside services will be held at Macedonia Baptist Church Cemetery. Brookhaven Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.

He was a member of Macedonia Baptist Church, and served his country for 35 years as a member of the Mississippi Air Guard, 172nd Airlift Wing.

He was preceded in death by his parents; a brother, Douglas Palmer; and a sister, Frances Palmer.

Survivors include his wife of 60 years, Sue Palmer; two daughters, Stephanie Case and Wendy Kreps (Nathan); five grandchildren, Haley Sue Kreps, Alayna Kreps, Tristan Kreps, Dustin Lee Case, and Anthony Case; three nieces, Canda Eilertson, Beth Harkins, and Janice Powers; and two nephews, Pace Palmer and Charles Tucker.
