Graveside service for Jeff Moak will be on Thursday, May 16, 2019, at Arlington Baptist Church Cemetery in Bogue Chitto, MS, at 2:00 PM. Bro. Jack Rhodes and Bro. Alvin Lyons will be officiating the services with Brookhaven Funeral Home in charge of the arrangements. Visitation will be at Brookhaven Funeral Home on Wednesday, May 15, 2019, from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM.

Mr. Moak, 52, of Bogue Chitto, MS, passed from this life on Sunday, May 12, 2019, at St. Dominic Hospital in Jackson, MS. He was born on May 3, 1967, in Brookhaven, MS, to Wayne and Katie Sue Givens Moak. He was of the Baptist faith; worked for many years as a logger; and enjoyed riding horses and spending time with his family. He was a loving son, brother, father, uncle, and friend.

Preceding him in death were his mother, Katie Sue Givens Moak; brothers, Clifford and Ronald Moak; and grandparents, Robert and Juanita Moak, and Marion Clifford and Josie Nell Givens.

Survivors are his children, Kaitlyn, Kody, and Kevin Moak; father, Wayne Moak; sisters, Karanita Moak Brister and husband Dale, Malinda Moak Rippy and husband Jason, and Carol Moak Smith and husband James; and a host of nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, family and friends.

Pallbearers are Brian Rippy, Devin Edwards, Cody Brister, Christopher Moak, Chris Moak, and Brandon Case. Honorary pallbearer is Ryan Smith.
