Funeral services for Hoyt Lynn Rollinson will be on Monday, January 23, 2023, at Concord Baptist Church Cemetery, at 1:30 PM.  Bro. Lance Moak will be officiating the services with Brookhaven Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.  Visitation will be at Brookhaven Funeral Home 894 Natchez Drive, Brookhaven, MS on Monday, January, 2023, from 12:00 P.M. until 1:00 PM.

Mr. Rollinson, 77, of Smithdale, MS, passed from this life on Saturday, January 21, 2023, at home with his loving family by his side.  He was born on May 27, 1945, in Amite County MS, to Hoyt and Oreane Rollinson.  He was a member of Concord Baptist Church; he worked for many years as a Sewing Machine Mechanic; and enjoyed Hunting and running Dogs with his Buddies.  He enjoyed spending time with his family and his Grandchildren and Great Grandchild.  He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, and friend.

Preceding him in death were his parents; Father, Hoyt Rollinson, and Mother, Oreane Rollinson; and  His two brothers; Van Lee Rollinson and Roddis Paul Rollinson.

Survivors are his wife, Joyce Rollinson; children, Denise Moak, Dusty Rollinson (Sherry), Donny Rollinson; grandchildren, Trey Maurer, Tyler Moak (Katie), Madilyn Rollinson, and Joy Rollinson, and Brodie Tanner ; great-grandchildren, Luci Jo Moak, and Baby Moak; 5 Nephews; 3 Nieces; His Sister, Naidene Davis; and a host of family and friends.

Pallbearers are Terry Byrd, Colby Byrd, Harold Quinn, Kenneth Ray Oliver, Tony Maurer, and Shelly Cowart.  And thanks to a special friend, Johnny .
