Graveside funeral services for Mrs. Helen Elaine Lofton Magee will be on Tuesday, November 24, 2020, at McCall Creek Church of God Cemetery in McCall Creek, MS, at 2:00 PM with burial to follow in the same cemetery. Bro. Travis Touchstone will be officiating the services with Brookhaven Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.

Mrs. Magee, 87, of Brandon MS, passed from this life on Sunday, November 22, 2020, at St. Dominic Hospital in Jackson, MS.  She was born on December 24, 1932, in McCall Creek, MS, to Percy Lee "Bill" Lofton and Agnes Smith Lofton. She was a member of McCall Creek Baptist Church in McCall Creek, MS; and enjoyed camping, spending time with family, gospel singing, as well as a good game of dominoes. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and friend.

Preceding her in death were her parents; husband, Steve E. Magee, Sr.; son, Gary L. Magee; and brother, Roy Gene Lofton.

Survivors are her sons, Steve Magee, Jr. and wife Janet of Brandon, MS and Larry E. Magee and wife Cathy of Rowlette, TX; daughter-in-law, Nancy Magee; grandchildren, Edward Magee, Michael Magee, and Paige Smith; 6 great-grandchildren; and a host of family and friends.
