Funeral services for Helen June Calcote Huff will be on Tuesday, July 23, 2019, at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (Red Star Ward) in Brookhaven, MS, at 11:00 AM with burial to follow in the Red Star Cemetery. Bishop Randall Sones will be presiding the services with Brookhaven Funeral Home in charge of arrangements. Visitation will be at Brookhaven Funeral Home (Natchez Drive) on Monday, July 22, 2019, from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM. She will lie in state at Red Star Ward Tuesday, July 23, 2019 from 10:00 AM till the time of the funeral service.

Mrs. Huff, 91, of Brookhaven, MS, was born on January 3, 1928 as the 3 ^rd child of Willie Sig Calcote and Nellie Belle Britt Calcote in Loyd Star, MS. Helen passed away Thursday, July 18, 2019 at her residence surrounded by her family and was reunited with her husband on their 71 ^st wedding anniversary. She was a dedicated mother and served in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in many roles, including serving several missions.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Rayford Jewel Huff; her daughter Gwendolyn Huff Clarke; her parents, Willie Sig and Nellie Calcote; her siblings and 2 great-grandchildren.

Mrs. Huff is survived by her children, Willie Ray Huff (Joni) of Byram, MS, Paula Huff Blalock (Tim-deceased) of Natchez, MS, Pamela Huff Dansie (Rex) of American Fork, UT, Suzette Huff Sullivan and Barry Keith Huff (Dosky), both of Loyd Star, MS; 24 grandchildren and 46 great-grandchildren.
