Rev. Glen Edward McInnis, 78, of Wesson, MS made his way to eternal glory on March 8, 2018 after an extended illness. Bro. Glen served as a bi-vocational pastor at Holly Springs Baptist Church from 1971 - 2014 and worked for the Mississippi Dept. of Transportation until his retirement in 2000. He served on the Lincoln County Baptist Association and he, along with his wife Betty Sue, travelled all around the southeast building churches with the Mississippi Nailbenders. He loved woodworking and gardening.

More importantly Bro. Glen loved his family. On February 24, he celebrated his 78th birthday and on March 2 he celebrated 56 years of marriage to Betty Sue Parsons McInnis. This long, blessed life produced 4 children, Cathy Lane (Chris) Phillips of Crystal Springs, Richard Glen (Becky) McInnis of Wesson, J.P. (Lynn) McInnis of McComb, and Cheryl (J.J.) Renee Welch of Harrisville. He also loved 10 grandchildren, Casey, Cayla, Claire, Victoria, Brianna, Jenner, Brennan, Elisabeth, Will, and Sam, and one great granddaughter, Jael.

He is survived by siblings Bernice Dodd, Claudell Layton, Wayne and Charles McInnis and many special nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents W. Jenner and Lillie Mae McInnis and his brothers Alton and W.J. (Mac) McInnis.

Visitation will be held Monday, March 12 at Zion Hill Baptist Church in Wesson, MS from 10am til 12pm with the funeral service at noon and internment at Zion Hill Cemetery following.
