Memorial services for Ms. Geneva Mae Boyd will be held at Brookhaven Funeral Home at 6 o'clock in the evening on Friday, January 10. Visitation will take place the same evening from 4:00 PM until time of service.

Geneva, also known as Dee or NeNe, passed from this world on Friday, January 3, 2025 at Kings Daughters Medical Center. Geneva loved her family and was the greatest bingo player. She also enjoyed going on different adventures with her best friend, Sandra. She will be missed terribly by all that knew and loved her.

She is survived by her daughter, Pamela Horn; son, Michael Boyd (Becky); grandchildren, Jeremy (April), Justin (Brianna), Jake, Jason (Mandy), Arron, Amber, Heather, and Brianna (Dillon); she special friend (sister), Sandra Buzbee; 17 great-grandchildren; a host of nieces and nephews, and caring friends, Warren and Sam.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Benjamin and Hazel Townsend; brother, Gerald Townsend; son, Paul Horn; and great nephew, Joshua Smith.
