The memorial service for Frances Faye Smith will be on Wednesday, January 17, 2024 at 1:00 PM at Brookhaven Funeral Home; the family will receive visitors from 12 o'clock noon until time of the services.

Mrs. Smith, of Ruth, Mississippi, passed away on January 12, 2024 at King's Daughters Medical Center. She was born October 25, 1928. She was the daughter of Leon Lambert and Ollie Greer Lambert. She was a devout Catholic. She was the wife of Ralph Edward Smith of Pascagoula, MS (deceased 1969) and Clarence B. Hawkins of Selmer, TN (Deceased 2000). Her working career included being a bank teller and IRS processor in Memphis, TN, and a training manual preparer at NAS Millington, TN, from which she retired.

She is survived by her three sons; Ralph Edward Smith, Jr. of Brunswick, GA; Samuel Smith of Virginia Beach VA; and Cary Lee Smith of Ruth, MS; and granddaughter, Jennifer Faye Smith of Merrillville, IN.
