Funeral services for Elaine Beavers Richardson will be on Wednesday, November 23, 2016, at Brookhaven Funeral Home (Natchez Drive) in Brookhaven, MS at 2:00 PM, with burial to follow in the Richardson-Turner Cemetery in Bogue Chitto, MS. Bro. Tony Ganey and Bro. Ricky Beavers will be officiating the services, with Brookhaven Funeral Home in charge of the arrangements. Visitation will be at Brookhaven Funeral Home on Tuesday, November 22, 2016, from 5:00 PM until 9:00 PM.

Mrs. Richardson, 60, passed from this life on Saturday, November 19, 2016, at Brook Manor Nursing Home with her loving family by her side. She was born on December 3, 1955 in Brookhaven, MS, to Felix Jackson Beavers and Annie J. White Beavers.

She was retired from Kings Daughter's Medical Center where she worked in the Material Management Department. She was a former Employee of The Year at the hospital. Mrs. Elaine was of the Baptist faith and was a member of Parhams Baptist Church in Jonesville, LA. She was also a member of the Brookhaven Chapter #1 Order of Eastern Star. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother.

Preceding her in death were her parents; sister, Betty Gill; brothers, Thomas Beavers, Bobby Beavers and Monroe Beavers; and father-in-law Bud Richardson.

Survivors are her husband , Julius Wayne Richardson of Bogue Chitto, MS; daughters, Stacey Sisk and husband John of Brookhaven, MS and DeShanna Smith and husband Shane of Brookhaven; grandchildren, Charles Wayne Smith, Trevor Landon Smith and Hannah Smith; sisters Mary Johnson, Dorothy Martin, Joyce Ruby and Johnnie Faye Boyles; brother Lonnie Beavers; mother-in-law Ellen Richardson Rhodes and father-in-law John Rhodes.
