Funeral services for Mrs. Dorothy Elizabeth Richardson Turnbough will be on Monday, July 24, 2017, at Brookhaven Funeral Home (Natchez Drive) in Brookhaven, MS at 2:30 PM with burial to follow in the Rosehill Cemetery in Brookhaven, MS. Rev. Lynn Mote will be officiating the services with Brookhaven Funeral Home in charge of the arrangements. Visitation will be at Brookhaven Funeral Home on Sunday, July 23, 2017, from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM and will continue on Monday from 1:00 PM until 2:30 PM.

Mrs. Turnbough, 96, went home to be with our Lord on July 21, 2017, at her residence with her loving family by her side. She was born on January 14, 1921 in Brownsville TN, to Grady Richardson and Nettie Craig Richardson. She was a long time member of the First United Methodist Church of Brookhaven and worked for many years at the Stahl Urban Company.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Jack Morris Turnbough; her parents; her twin sister Virginia; 1 brother and 2 sisters; a grandson, Karl Wollschlager; a great granddaughter, Nealy Brown.

She leaves behind 4 children, Lynn Lauderdale of Dandridge, TN, Kay Wollschlager of Slidell, LA, Debbie Schulz of Katy, TX, and William Turnbough of Brookhaven; 2 granddaughters, Jennifer Jenkins of Knoxville, TN and Heather Brown of Vicksburg, MS; and 4 great-grandchildren, Payton, Lauren, Emma, and Mason.
