Deanna Beacham Shumaker, 63, of Brookhaven, MS passed away on Monday, March 17, 2025. She was born in Brookhaven, MS on April 6, 1961 to John William Beacham and Shirley Smith White.

She was a member of Heritage Family Church in Brookhaven, MS. She worked at the Twin Cinema Movie Theater in Brookhaven, MS for many years. She loved reading, puzzles of all kinds, and movies.

She was preceded in death by her parents John Beacham and Shirley White; grandparents Dan and Mary Beacham and Percy and Betty Smith; and her twin sister Dianna Beacham.

She is survived by brother John Michael Beacham; niece Caitlin Beacham and nephew Alex Beacham; aunt Nita Nettles; her step-mother, Linda Beacham; step-sisters Stacey Lovette and Dana Smith; and numerous cousins and other family.

The family would like to offer a thank you to Trend Health and Rehab of Brookhaven staff for their loving care and support for Ms. Deanna.

A graveside Memorial Service will be held at Rosehill Cemetery on Saturday, April 5, 2025 at 12:00 Noon.

The family has requested that in lieu of flowers please make a donation to Brookhaven Animal Rescue League (BARL).
