Graveside services for Connie Jo Sasser will be on Saturday, September 24, 2022, at Arlington Baptist Church in Bogue Chitto, MS, at 2:00 PM. Bro. Lance Moak will be officiating the services with Brookhaven Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.

Ms. Sasser, 68, of Port Vincent, LA, passed from this life on September 20, 2022, at Ochsner's Medical Center in Baton Rouge, LA.  She was born on February 3, 1954, in Pascagoula, MS, to Wiley Bert Sr. and Josephine Parsons Sasser. She was a member of Bethel Baptist Church; worked for forty years as a heavy equipment operator; and enjoyed playing her guitar and playing with her dogs. She was a loving daughter, sister, aunt, and friend.

Preceding her in death were her parents; sibling, Kay Sasser Vinson; nephew, John Vinson; and great niece, Anna Jo Sasser.

Survivors are her brother Bert Sasser and wife Malissia; nephews, Barry Vinson, Jonathan Sasser, and Benjamin Sasser: niece, JoAnn Vinson; and a host of family and friends.
