Mr. Clifford Barry Brister, age 74 of Brookhaven, MS, passed away on July 23, 2026. Mr. Barry, as he was most commonly known as, was born on September 24, 1951 to Melton and Tera Smith Brister in Brookhaven, MS.

Mr. Barry was a fun loving and humorous character that truly loved and valued his family. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and Ole Miss Athletics. Mr. Barry was one of a kind and will be missed dearly by all of those who knew him.

Mr. Barry is preceded in death by his parents; daughter, Lindy Shay Daughdrill; sister, Merle Buie; and brothers, Henry, Bill, Paul, and Sammy Brister.

He is survived by his loving wife, Mrs. Virginia Brister; son, B.B. Brister and wife Amanda; grandchildren, Gavin, Noah, and Gabriel Brister and Presley Faith Daughdrill; and son-in-law Andy Daughdrill.
