Memorial services for Clark Douglas Gunnell will be on Saturday, July 15, 2017, at Providence Baptist Church in Jayess, MS, at 2:00 PM.
Mr. Gunnell, 58, of Ruth, MS, passed from this life on Sunday, July 9, 2017, at the University Medical Center in Jackson, MS. He was born on September 6, 1958, in Brookhaven, MS, to Carlos Smith, Sr. and Annie Mae Davis Gunnell.
Preceding him in death were his parents, Carlos Smith, Sr. and Annie Mae Davis Gunnell; grandparents, Marvin and Eula Mae Davis; brother, Jamie Gunnell; and sisters, Imo Gene Thomas and Olive Garrett.
Survivors are his sons, Bryon Gunnell of McComb, MS, and Marshall Gunnell of Taiwan; grandchildren, Hayden Gunnell, Conner Gunnell and Paizley Gunnell; sisters, Bobbie Gross and Betty Justice; brothers, Carlos Gunnell, Jr. and Michael Gunnell; and a host of family and friends.
