Funeral services for Mrs. Cheryl Case, of McCall Creek, MS will be on Saturday March 14, 2020, at Concord Baptist Church in McCall Creek, MS 2:00 PM, with burial to follow in the Concord Baptist Church Cemetery in McCall Creek, MS. Rev. Matt Emfinger will be officiating the services, with Franklin Funeral Home in charge of the arrangements. Visitation will be at Brookhaven Funeral Home on Friday, March 13, 2020 from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM and resume Saturday, March 14, 2020 at Concord Baptist Church from 1:00 PM until time of service at 2:00 PM.

Cheryl, 68, passed from this life on Thursday, March 12, 2020 at St. Dominic Hospital in Jackson, MS with her loving family by her side. She was born on September 27, 1951 in Jackson, MS to Mr. Charlie Wayne Goodman and Mrs. Lois McKay Goodman.

Cheryl was a long-time member of Concord Baptist Church where she faithfully served as wife to her deacon husband Ronnie Case, she taught Sunday School, served as Church Treasurer and in any other capacity needed. She was a rock of a Christian and supported every aspect of the Lord's work. To know Cheryl was to stand in utter amazement as to how she coped with the degenerative Rheumatoid Arthritis that had taken over her body many year ago. Even with the many painful days she experienced, she always had a smile on her face, and a word of encouragement to offer others. She never was heard complaining about her health or the many difficulties of her limited physical condition. She would want all to know she is now pain free and with her beloved heavenly family.

Preceding her in death were her parents, Charlie Wayne and Lois Goodman and husband, Ronnie Case.

Survivors are her two sons, Scotty Case and wife Jennifer of Calhoun, LA, Kevin Case and wife Sally of McCall Creek, MS; four grandchildren, Alyssa Case, Shelly Case Westrope, Victor Case, and Brianna Case Bailey; two great grandchildren, Krew Bailey and Emry Bailey; sister, Karen Sherlock and a host of family and friends.

Pallbearers are, Chris Case, Adam Case, Ryan Case, Dustin Case, Zac Case, and Landon Burr.
