Funeral services for Charlie Marlett Wallace will be on Tuesday, October 24, 2017, at Brookhaven Funeral Home (Natchez Drive) in Brookhaven, MS, at 2:00 PM with burial to follow in the Calvary Baptist Church Cemetery in Bogue Chitto, MS. Bro. Hal Hatten will be officiating the services with Brookhaven Funeral Home in charge of the arrangements. Visitation will be at Brookhaven Funeral Home on Tuesday, October 24, 2017, from 11:00 AM until 2:00 PM.
Mr. Wallace, 42, of Fairhope, AL, (formerly of Bogue Chitto, MS) passed from this life on Sunday, October 22, 2017, at his residence in Fairhope, AL. He was born on June 26, 1975, in McComb, MS, to Phillip Wallace and to the late Carol Robbins Siu. He was a member of Calvary Baptist Church; worked at Ecovery, LLC. as a Machine operator; and enjoyed fishing, camping, & anything outdoors. He loved to make friends and family laugh & joke. He loved living in a big city but also loved the simple country life. He was a hard worker and enjoyed working with his hands painting, drawing, crafting woodworks, and sculpturing pottery.
Preceding him in death was his mother, Carol Robbins Siu.
Survivors are his father, Phillip Wallace and wife Pam of Bogue Chitto, MS; son, Ragan Lee Wallace of Metairie, LA; sister, April Wallace Horn and husband Jeremy of Bogue Chitto, MS; two nieces, Zoey and Willow Horn; girlfriend, Diana Parsons of Fairhope, AL; and a host of family and friends.
Pallbearers are Jeremy Horn, Hollis White, Hugh Laird, Joseph Hart, and Paxton King.
