Funeral services for Mr. Charles Larry Case will be on Wednesday, December 2, 2020, at Brookhaven Funeral Home (894 Natchez Drive) in Brookhaven, MS, at 2:00 PM with burial to follow in the Case Family Cemetery in Bogue Chitto, MS. Bro. Doug Kimble will be officiating the services with Brookhaven Funeral Home in charge of arrangements. Visitation will be at Brookhaven Funeral Home (Natchez Drive) on Tuesday, December 1, 2020, from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM.

Mr. Charles, 79, of Bogue Chitto, MS, passed from this life on Saturday, November 28, 2020, at Haven Hall Nursing Facility in Brookhaven, MS.  He was born on November 11, 1941, in Brookhaven, MS, to Elmer and Inell Case. He was a member of Mt. Zion Church of Christ. He enjoyed hunting, landscaping, gardening, listening to old country classics, and sitting on the back porch watching over the goats. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and friend. He loved spending time with his family and friends. He always liked to make everyone laugh by telling his stories. He was lovingly known as "Old Goat" or "Paw Paw".

Preceding him in death were his parents, Elmer and Inell Case; wife of 56 years, Kathy Case; sister, Ruth Nell Rushing; brothers, Eugene Case and Buddy Case; brothers-in-law, Dalton Lofton, Sr., Charlie Crook, and Leon Rushing; sisters-in-law, Jo Nell Case and Flora Mae Crook; nephew, Dalton Lofton, Jr., and great nieces, Tonya Laird Weeks and Lacey McMurray Martin.

Survivors are son, Richard Case and wife Sharon; daughter, Tracy Case; granddaughters, Brittani Case, Emily Powers, Sara Case, and Shayla McGuffee; brothers, Marell Case and Desi Lee Case; sister-in-law, Gloria Faye Lofton; and a host of family and friends.
