Funeral services for C.L. Richardson will be on January 15, 2023, at Brookhaven Funeral Home (894 Natchez Drive) in Brookhaven, MS at 10 AM with burial to follow in the Legion Memorial Cemetery, Newellton, LA .  Pastor Brian Danese will be officiating the services with Brookhaven Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.  Visitation will be at Brookhaven Funeral Home on January 14, 2023, from 5 to 8 PM.

Mr. C.L. Richardson of Bogue Chitto, MS, passed on from this life on January 12, 2023.  He was born on December 16, 1937, in Bogue Chitto, MS to Elmer and Julia Richardson.  He was a member of the Summit Seventh Day Adventist Church and was retired from Hospital Administration.  He loved visiting with his friends and spending time with his family.  He had a love for Christian education, especially Bass Memorial Academy.  He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather and friend.

Preceding him in death was his parents – Elmer and Julia Richardson; wife – Margaret Richardson; his son - Charles Richardson; his daughter – Deborah Jo Richardson Burg; wife – Jerelyn Richardson.

Survived by his wife- Doris Richardson; son – Ronnie and daughter in law Jeannine, daughter in law - Kathy Richardson; son in law – David Burg.  Grandchildren – Sabrina & Troy Boyd, Kelly & Kit Warner, Buddy & Chassity Richardson, Lee & Amber Richardson.  Great-grandchildren – Jamie, Blake, Rose, Kobe, Konner, Alyssa, Mackenzie, Cayden, Avery, Maddox and Axton; and a host of family and friends.
