Funeral services for Charles Leroy Allen will be on Wednesday, February 16, 2022, at Brookhaven Funeral Home (894 Natchez Drive) in Brookhaven, MS, at 12:00 Noon with burial to follow in the Mission Hill Cemetery. Bro. Doug Broome will be officiating the services with Brookhaven Funeral Home in charge of arrangements. Visitation will be at Brookhaven Funeral Home on Wednesday, February 16, 2022, from 10:00 AM until 12:00 Noon.

Mr. Charles Leroy Allen, 75, went to be with his Lord on February 14, 2022 surrounded by his family at his home. He was born on November 15, 1946 to the late Garland and Winnie Allen. Mr. Allen was retired from Jacobson Lawnmower Plant and Dephi Electric. He was a member of Mission Hill Baptist Church and also a long time Deacon and member at Pearlhaven Baptist Church.

Those left to cherish his memory are his wife of 50 years Connie White Allen; daughters Alecia Todd (Jeffery) and Stephanie Surface (Eric); brother Mike Allen (Agnes); grandkids Austin Surface, Hannah Kirtfield Murphy (Austin), Searra Surface Rutledge (Austin), Devon Kirtfield (Carly) and Kali Surface; 6 great-grandkids Ginny Rutledge, Magnolia Rutledge, Hagen Kirtfield, Hyde Kirtfield, Vivian Murphy and Preslie Surface; and a host of nieces and nephews.
