Obituary

Graveside services for Mrs. Carolyn Miller Graham will be on Wednesday, September 23, 2020, at Wesson Cemetery in Wesson, MS, at 2:00 PM with burial to follow in the cemetery. Bro. Tim Evans will be officiating the services with Brookhaven Funeral Home in charge of arrangements. Visitation will be at Brookhaven Funeral Home (Natchez Drive) on Tuesday, September 22, 2020 from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM.

Mrs. Graham, 87, of Wesson, MS, passed from this life on Sunday, September 20, 2020, at Haven Hall Nursing Home in Brookhaven, MS.  She was born on April 9, 1933, in Hazlehurst, MS, to Harold W. Miller and Augusta "Gussie" Lee Miller. She was a member of Wesson Baptist Church and enjoyed spending time with her family. She retired with her husband to Wesson in 1983 and was active in her church and community. Mrs. Graham was instrumental in establishing the Wesson Historical and Preservation Society, including preservation of the "Old" Wesson Elementary School. She was a loving wife, mother, sister, grandmother, great-grandmother, and friend.

Preceding her in death were her parents and sister, Joyce Miller Tate.

Survivors are her husband, Edward Geneal Graham, Jr.; sons, Edward G. Graham, III and wife Retha of Clinton MS, Van Graham and wife Wendy of Wesson, MS, Steve Graham and wife Shane of Clinton, MS, and Eric Graham and wife Kelly of LaGrange, Texas; 10 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and a host of family and friends.
