Funeral services for Mr. Carnie Randall Smith will be on Saturday, February 22, 2020, at Brookhaven Funeral Home (894 Natchez Drive) in Brookhaven, MS, at 2:00 PM. Bro. Jeff Davis will officiate the services. Visitation will be at Brookhaven Funeral Home on Saturday, February 22, 2020, from 12:30 until 2:00 PM.

Mr. Smith, 59, of Bogue Chitto, MS, passed from this life on Tuesday, February 18, 2020, at home with his loving family by his side.  He was born on January 23, 1961, in Brookhaven, MS, to Hiram Carnie Smith and Martha Evelyn Bessonette. He worked for many years as a Loader/Operator for Gordon Redd Lumber Co.; and enjoyed his tractor. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, son, brother, uncle, and friend.

Preceding him in death were his father, Hiram C. Smith; his stepdaughter, Tonya Weeks.

Those left to cherish his memory are his wife, Judy Smith; his son, Brandon Smith and wife Jennifer; his grandson, Brayden Smith; his mother, Martha Evelyn Smith and husband Don; his sisters, Kathy Robertson and husband Kearney, Theresa Brazell; his brothers, Raymond Smith and wife Jetta, Reginall Smith and wife Trudy; his stepchildren, Chance Simoneaux, Chelse Duncan, Tim Cannon, and Robert Laird and wife Rhonda; and a host of nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
