Funeral services for Mr. Bobby J. "Bulldozer" Watts will be on Saturday, March 5, 2022, at 1:00 PM at Brookhaven Funeral Home. Bro. Wayne Moak will be officiating the services. Visitation will be Saturday, March 5, 2022, from 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM. at Brookhaven Funeral Home (894 Natchez Drive) in Brookhaven, MS.  Burial will follow in Clear Branch Baptist Church Cemetery.

Mr. Watts, 91, of Brookhaven, MS, passed from this life on Tuesday, March 1, 2022, at his daughter's home in Columbus, MS.   He was born on February 8, 1931, in Brookhaven, MS, to Loyd Calvin Watts and Ruth Smith Watts.

He owned and operated a bulldozer service for 33 years.  He also served three terms as District 2 Supervisor of Lincoln County, serving as President of the Board during his second term.  Mr. Watts was a veteran of the U. S. Marine Corp, having entered the Marines in 1951 at Paris Island, South Carolina.  He served two years active duty during the Korean War conflict.

Preceding him in death were his parents; and his sisters, Johnny Ruth Watts Love and Patty Lanell Lofton.

He is survived by a brother, Kerry Loyd Watts, and sister-in-law, Deana Watts; two daughters, Jackie Watts Chasteen and Joy Watts Crane; two son-in-laws, Martin Chasteen and Terry Crane; 5 grandchildren, Shanna Townsend Rainey, Cherimie Crane Weatherford, Nicole Townsend Oswalt, Brieannon Crane Pilley, and Jessica Chasteen Pounders; 3 great-granddaughters; 3 great-grandsons; 3 great great-granddaughters; and a host of nieces and nephews.
