Memorial graveside services for Bobbie Bert Westbrook Calcote will be on Saturday, September 20, 2025 at Concord Baptist Church Cemetery in McCall Creek, MS. Bro. Matt Emfinger will be officiating the service. Brookhaven Funeral Home will be in charge of the arrangements.

Mrs. Bobbie Bert Westbrook Calcote Was born on March 29, 1939, in Franklin County, Mississippi, to Albert Sidney Westbrook and Birdie Fleming Westbrook. She was the 10th of eleven children. After graduating from Independence High School, she married Frank A. Calcote, and their work travels took them to Texas, Oklahoma, Iowa, Nebraska and Missouri. Over the years Bobbie worked in a sewing factory, as a nurse, a real estate agent, Zales Jewelry, the family business Lambs Jewelry, oil business and Walmart.

She is survived by daughters Cindy Calcote Snowden and Audrey Calcote; son, Ralph Calcote and Tammy; 12 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren, 8 great-great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. She loved her grandkids, and they looked forward to spending time with her. She would eat what they cooked without complaint and encouraged them to cook and played games with them.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Sidney and Birdie Fleming Westbrook; her ex-husband Frank Calcote; sons Jerry Calcote and Terry Calcote; and her siblings, Breness Gill (Jim), Margie Williams (Lawrence), Ira Nettles (Burnett), Naida Gill (Claude), Doris Myers (Melvin), Maxine Nettles (Robin), Cornell Burke (Charles), Wilma Martin (Bob), Joel Westbrook (Eleanor) and Euell Westbrook (Frankie).
