Mrs. Beverly Jean Ratcliff, 87, of McCall Creek, MS, passed from this life on Monday, January 24, 2022, at home with her loving family by her side.  She was born on November 9, 1934, in Lexington, Kentucky, to William Brown and Mary Young Brown. Jean was a homemaker. She was a partner and best friend and proud military wife for 56 years to her husband.

Preceding her in death were her parents William and Mary Brown; husband M. B. "Joe" Ratcliff; and sisters Betty Terry and Barbara Jinings.

Survivors are her children, Jon Ratcliff, Jeanne Reed (Steve), Elizabeth Null (Doug), Victoria Ratcliff and Robert Ratcliff (Brandie); 10 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.

The family would like to extend a special thank you to Hospice Encompass Health and to her primary caregiver Gail Sandifer.

In lieu of flowers the family has asked for donations to be made in her name to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital 501 St Jude Place Memphis, TN 38105.

A Memorial Service date has not been determined at this time.
